Bu sözleşme, DrupeHost tarafından sunulan hosting, domain ve ilgili hizmetlerin kullanımı için geçerlidir. Müşteri, hizmetleri kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.
Hizmet Tanımları
Web hosting, VPS/VDS sunucu, domain kayıt, e-posta hizmetleri ve diğer teknoloji hizmetleri sözleşme kapsamında yer alır. Her hizmet türü için özel şartlar uygulanabilir.
Müşteri Yükümlülükleri
Müşteri, hizmetleri yasal amaçlar için kullanmayı, sistem güvenliğini korumayı ve diğer kullanıcıların haklarına saygı göstermeyi kabul eder.
Ödeme Koşulları
Fiyatlandırma
Hizmet ücretleri sözleşme tarihinde geçerli olan fiyatlardır. Fiyat değişiklikleri önceden bildirilir ve müşteri onayı alınır.
Ödeme Yöntemleri
Kredi kartı, banka kartı, havale/EFT ve PayPal ile ödeme kabul edilir. Tüm ödemeler güvenli SSL sertifikası ile korunur.
Gecikme Ödemesi
Ödeme gecikmesi durumunda hizmet askıya alınabilir. 30 gün gecikme sonrası sözleşme feshedilebilir.
Hizmet Şartları
Uptime Garantisi
Web hosting hizmetlerinde %99.9 uptime garantisi verilir. Bu garantinin altında kalınması durumunda kredi iadesi yapılır.
Teknik Destek
7/24 teknik destek hizmeti sunulur. Destek talepleri öncelik sırasına göre değerlendirilir.
Yedekleme
Günlük otomatik yedekleme yapılır. Yedekler 30 gün boyunca saklanır. Ek yedekleme hizmetleri ücretlidir.
Sorumluluk
Hizmet Sağlayıcı Sorumluluğu
DrupeHost, hizmetlerin sürekli erişilebilirliği için gerekli önlemleri alır. Ancak internet altyapısından kaynaklanan kesintiler için sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
Müşteri Sorumluluğu
Müşteri, içeriklerinin yasal olduğundan ve telif haklarını ihlal etmediğinden sorumludur. Zararlı içerik tespit edilmesi durumunda hizmet askıya alınabilir.
Veri Güvenliği
Müşteri verileri KVKK uyarınca korunur. Ancak müşteri, kendi verilerinin güvenliği için gerekli önlemleri almakla yükümlüdür.
Termination
Termination by Customer
The customer can terminate the contract by giving 30 days notice. A pro-rata refund is made for the remaining time after termination.
Termination by Service Provider
The contract may be terminated in case of contract violation, payment delay or legal necessity. The customer is informed before termination.
Post-Termination Procedures
Customer data is kept for 30 days after termination. At the end of this period, data is permanently deleted.

How long is the contract period?
Contract durations vary according to the service type. We offer contract periods of 1 year for web hosting services and 1-3 years for VPS/VDS services.
How is contract renewal done?
You will be informed by email 30 days before your contract period expires. Your contract can be automatically renewed with the automatic renewal option.
How can I cancel the contract?
You can request cancellation via your customer panel or by contacting our support team. The cancellation process is completed within 30 days.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If you cancel before your contract period expires, a refund is made for the remaining time. There is no early cancellation fee.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay with credit card, debit card, wire transfer/EFT and PayPal. All payments are protected by a secure SSL certificate.
When is the invoice sent?
Electronic invoice will be sent to your email address within 24 hours after your payment is completed. You can contact our support team to request a physical invoice.
What is done in case of service interruption?
Planned maintenance works are announced in advance. In case of unexpected interruptions, our 24/7 technical support team works to solve the problem.
What is the SLA guarantee?
We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). In case of falling below this guarantee, a credit refund is made.
