These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between ACT BILGI TEKNOLOJILERI ENERJI INSAAT TURIZM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("Company", "we", "us") and the user ("Customer", "you") accessing services via https://drupehost.com.

1. Services

The Company provides web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, and related digital infrastructure services.

All services are delivered electronically and considered active upon provisioning.

2. Account Responsibility

Maintaining account security

All activities under your account

Providing accurate and up-to-date information

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use services for:

Illegal activities

Malware, phishing, botnets

Unauthorized system access

Spam or abusive communication

Copyright violations

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

4. Payments & Billing

All services must be paid in advance

Payments are processed via iyzico

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

Prices may change with prior notice

5. Domain Services

Domain services are subject to third-party registrar policies

The Company is not responsible for domain disputes or expirations

Customers must ensure timely renewal

6. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless defined in a separate SLA.

7. Data & Backups

Customers are solely responsible for:

The Company shall not be liable for any data loss.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services:

For policy violations

Legal obligations

Security risks

No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

Data loss

Business interruption

Indirect or consequential damages

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyber attacks, or infrastructure failures.

11. Log Records

System logs and records maintained by the Company shall be considered valid evidence in case of disputes.

12. Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction.
