All services are digital. Delivery occurs when the service is activated.
2. Cancellation
Customers may cancel services at any time via account panel or by contacting support@drupehost.com.
3. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of initial purchase
Only first-time purchases are eligible
4. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be provided for:
Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers
Renewal payments
Custom services
Abuse or policy violations
5. Abuse & Fraud
Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or illegal activities are not eligible for refunds.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in:
Immediate suspension
Permanent account termination
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
